Session fees generally range by clinician and length of session. 45 minute sessions are $275 to $300 and 60-minute sessions are $350-$375.
Out-of-Network Practice
We are an out-of-network practice. This allows us to offer focused, specialized care without the constraints of managed-care networks.
Superbills
We provide superbills for insurance submission, so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurer.
Reimbursement
Many clients receive reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. The amount depends on your individual plan.

You pay for each session at the time of the session and receive a monthly statement for reimbursement. From there:

Call your insurer and ask about out-of-network mental health benefits: your deductible, the reimbursement rate for psychotherapy, and how they want claims submitted.
Submit your statement
Your monthly statement contains everything insurers ask for. Submit it per your insurer’s process; reimbursement usually arrives as a check within a few weeks.
Have us submit on your behalf
We partner with Reimbursify to make out-of-network reimbursement easier. Through Reimbursify, we can submit your superbills directly to your insurance company each month. Once you become a patient, simply email billing@sohointegrative.com to get set up
We provide this documentation as a courtesy. Whether you submit claims yourself or use our claim-submission service, reimbursement is determined by your insurance company. You remain responsible for payment in full at the time of each session.

- How much will insurance reimburse?
- It depends on your plan. If you have out-of-network benefits, many plans reimburse a meaningful portion of the session fee once your deductible is met. Call your insurer and ask about out-of-network mental health benefits, your deductible, and the reimbursement rate for psychotherapy. *
- Will I receive a superbill?
- Yes. You automatically receive a monthly superbill for reimbursement, which you can also download from the patient portal at any time. It contains everything your insurer needs.
- How do I submit a claim myself?
- Confirm your out-of-network benefits with your insurer, download your monthly statement, and submit it following your insurer’s process. Each company handles submissions a little differently.
- When do I pay?
- You will be put onto auto-pay and charged at the end of the day that your session occurred.
- Do you accept insurance directly?
- No. We are an out-of-network practice, which lets us keep care specialized and unconstrained by network requirements. We support your reimbursement with documentation and optional submission support.
